We believe that spiritual and ministry growth does not happen by accumulating information, but through intentional, accompanied, and sustainable processes.
Many leaders have been exposed to teaching, but have not had spaces to process, integrate, and apply what they have learned in healthy ways.
We walk through processes that form from the inside out, caring for both the spiritual life and the practice of leadership.
